Ginger Juice
Ginger juice is a spicy, aromatic beverage made from fresh ginger root, known for its health benefits such as aiding digestion, reducing nausea, and providing anti-inflammatory properties. It is rich in antioxidants and can be consumed alone or mixed with other ingredients like lemon or honey for added flavor and benefits.

Ginger Powder
Ginger powder is a dried and ground form of ginger root, commonly used as a spice in cooking and baking. It has a warm, spicy flavor and is frequently used in both sweet and savory dishes. Ginger powder retains many of the health benefits of fresh ginger, including anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It is often utilized in herbal remedies, teas, and as a seasoning in cuisines worldwide. Due to its concentrated flavor, a smaller amount is needed compared to fresh ginger.
